1. The closing date for all entries is midnight Sunday 16th September 2007.
2. The competition is for 20 pairs of tickets.
3. A winner will only be awarded one pair of tickets.
4. Entries can only be accepted through www.bournestuntsimulator.com by entering a completed 3D stunt video scene created on the site. Telephone, fax, email, postal or entries in person will not be accepted.
5. The winners will be selected in three categories: most viewed, highest rating and most creative (as voted by the Tribal creative team)
6. Winners will be notified by telephone no later than Friday 28th September 2007.
7. The promotion is open to residents of the U.K. aged 18 and over, be a resident of the U.K. and hold a full valid drivers licence for driving in the U.K.
8. The winners must be available on Saturday 20th October, 2007 to attend the stunt day.
9. The stunt day will be held a location outside London. Full details will be provided to prize winners.
10. Cost and travel arrangements to and from location for the stunt day are the responsibility of the prize winner.
11. The promotion is not open to employees of; Volkswagen Group United Kingdom Limited, the Volkswagen retailer network, their agencies or anyone connected with the creation or administration of this promotion.
12. Multiple entries will be accepted per person.
13. No responsibility is taken for entries delayed, misdirected or incomplete due to server functions, virus, bugs or any other causes outside the Promoter's Control. Proof of entry is not proof of receipt.
14. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and is not redeemable for cash or any other prize. The Promoter retains the right to substitute the prize with another prize of similar value in the event the original prize offered is not available due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
15. Winners are required to accept their prize within 5 days of notification. In the event of non-acceptance, the Promoter will re-draw and select a new winner (the same acceptance period will apply for the new winner).
16. No purchase necessary.
17. Winners may be required to take part in promotional activity.
18. The Promoter cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrant as a result of entering the promotion or accepting the prize or any injury or damage to the entrant's or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participation or connection with the promotion. Nothing shall exclude the Promoter's liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.
